Warranty Program

🔧 1. Warranty Coverage
Products within:

This warranty applies to all products purchased from wayfair-salestore.com (including but not limited to sofas, bed frames, dining tables, chairs, etc.).

It does not cover accessories, upholstery or consumables (e.g. lighting, cushions, rugs).

Warranty Period:

36 months (3 years) from date of purchase. Covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use.

Problems Covered:

Structural damage (e.g. frame damage, defective joints)

Material defects (e.g. cracked leather, warped wood)

Functional failures (e.g., malfunctioning power sofa mechanism)

❌ 2. Exclusions
Liability The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (e.g. impact, liquid spillage, pet damage)

Misuse or abuse (e.g. overloading, improper operation)

Unauthorized modifications or third party repairs

Natural disasters (e.g. fire, flood) or force majeure

Normal wear and tear (e.g. leather wrinkling, fabric fading)

⚠️ 3. Important Notice:
The warranty is non-transferable (valid only for the original purchaser).

Product must be used as intended (e.g., indoor residential use only).

Paid repairs are available for problems not covered by the warranty.
